And if you know me, you know that I practically live on my daily green smoothies.
I used to make them with whey protein and organic Greek yogurt…
It was basically mixed greens, cacao powder, water, ice, yogurt and whey protein. That’s a lot of dairy.
And the side effects were…
Well, I won’t go into it.
But suffice it to say that I’m now trying to go dairy-free.
So I replaced the yogurt with avocado…
And I removed the whey protein and switched to JJ Virgin’s defatted beef protein powder.
I know, it sounds gross, but it’s totally fine.

Here’s my recipe:
- 1 whole avocado
- 2 scoops protein powder
- Mixed greens
