Hey, Ryan here…
And yesterday I told you why I think Black Friday is totally irrational.
I know there are others out there who feel the same way.
Maybe you’re the same.
So how can you appeal to that segment of your market that is so turned off by Black Friday?
Well, you could do what Cards of Humanity does…
By getting people to spend money AND mocking the whole idea of Black Friday.
(This year, they got into the Hanukkah spirit by charging $15 for “8 Sensible Hanukkah Gifts”. Wonder what they’ll be?)
Or you could appeal to the people who don’t buy into the hype in a different way…
By offering a “premium version” of your product at a higher price point…
And giving them a white-glove experience.
Because honestly, there are some things that never go on sale, right?
When you go and buy a Tesla, there’s no, “Hey, check out these $5,000 in rebates.”
The price is the price. They make no bones about it.
This is the price and if you want it, you just got to pay it.
We don’t do discounts. We don’t do sales.
If you want it, you’re going to buy it.
And there’s going to be a segment of your market that doesn’t care about the deal.
They’re willing to spend more money in order to get exactly what they want, faster.
So how big is that segment?
Well, it depends on your market…
But remember, you can always ASK them.
(Go ahead, ASK them.)
So whether you love or hate Black Friday…
It’s a great opportunity to pull some of your biggest numbers of the year.
What are YOU doing for Black Friday?
Anything crazy planned?
Just *SEND ME AN EMAIL* to let me know.
As for me?
I’ll be at home, eating leftovers.
