Hey it’s Ryan here and if you do any webinars in your marketing I want to give you a quick tip that is really powerful. This is something that has helped us boost show up rate. So the percentage of people who register who actually attend and show up for the webinar boost that number by as much as 36%. Here’s the trick: we use a service to send out an SMS message not before the webinar starts which is something that we also do.
But after the webinar starts. Now here’s the thing. You send the text message 10 to 15 minutes after the webinar starts you let people know: “Hey we’ve already started but it’s not too late and in fact we have just gone through all the small talk, and now we are diving in to the important stuff. And I wanted to let you know to make sure you don’t miss out. Check it out or check your email to get the link to hop on.”
Ok. Now this one tip is super simple. The service that you use to do this among others is a program called Call Loop. It’s a software program from Chris Brisson. And it’s one that’s really straightforward to set up and it can give you as much as a 36% boost in your show up rate.
